Die Ernte 2014 ist von außergewöhnlicher Qualität!
Die Schoten wurden sehr spät geerntet, so dass sich Aroma und Vanillingehalt voll entfalten konnten.
Freuen Sie sich auf sehr aromareiche, prallgefüllte Schoten.
Die Erntemenge 2014 hat wieder nicht den Weltbedarf von ca. 2.500 Tonnen erreicht. Ähnlich wie die Ernte 2013. Angeboten werden dieses Jahr nur ca. 1.800 Tonnen!
Zur Verknappung trägt bei, dass die Aussicht auf die Erntemenge 2015 sehr ungewiss ist.
Die oben beschriebene Verknappung der Ware hat den Weltmarktpreis angehoben. Bourbonvanille wird auf dem Weltmarkt in Dollar gehandelt. Durch den momentan schwachen Euro ist der Einkaufspreis in
Europa erheblich gestiegen!
Sie werden verstehen, dass wir den Preisanstieg nicht komplett abfedern können. Deshalb kommt es zu leicht erhöhten Verkaufspreisen unserer Bourbon Vanilleschoten.
